#About Us

The model landscape moves fast. Every few weeks a new model ships, a price changes, or an API gets deprecated. Teams that integrate providers one by one end up rewriting authentication, billing, retries, and monitoring for each of them — over and over.

We believe that plumbing should be infrastructure, not your roadmap. FIM Gate absorbs the churn so your codebase only ever talks to one endpoint, while you keep the freedom to switch models with a single string change.

FIM Gate is an enterprise-grade model gateway: one key and one OpenAI-compatible endpoint for GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, LLaMA and 100+ other models across text, image, audio and video.

• -Drop-in compatible — existing SDKs, frameworks and tools work unchanged.
• -Global edge routing with automatic retries around unhealthy upstreams.
• -Pay-as-you-go billing below official list prices, visible in real time.
• -Traffic is forwarded, never stored — encrypted end to end.

We are a small, technical team. We answer support email ourselves, usually within hours, and we treat reliability as the product: boring uptime, predictable billing, honest status reporting.

Important notice: the Service is offered exclusively to developers and enterprises outside mainland China. In accordance with the PRC Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, we do not provide — and have never provided — generative AI services to the general public within the territory of mainland China, and we do not market or promote the Service there.

If you nevertheless access the Service from within mainland China, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service for the binding version of this provision.
