FIM Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data and the choices you have associated with that information. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through any written, electronic, or oral communications, as you:

  • Access the website and all corresponding webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (the "Site");
  • Interact with applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications include links to this Privacy Policy;
  • Utilize our API aggregation service (the "Service").

Important Note Regarding API Inputs and Outputs: When you send requests (prompts) through our Service to third-party AI model providers, we act as an intermediary. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how those third-party providers handle your inputs or outputs, including for use in their model training. To understand how your inputs are used by AI models, please check the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.

Personal Data Collected Automatically

As you navigate through and interact with our Site or Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Site, including traffic data, location data, log files, browser history, and other communication data.
  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, time zone setting, and other unique identifiers.
  • API request metadata, including timestamps, model selection, token usage, and response times (we do not log the content of your prompts or model outputs unless required for debugging or abuse prevention).

We may use cookies, embedded scripts, and other similar tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies") to collect additional personal data automatically as you interact with the Site.

Cookies

Cookies are small web files that a site or its provider transfers to your device's hard drive through your web browser. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of our Site, such as maintaining your login session. These cookies cannot be disabled.

  • AI Model Providers: When you use our Service, your API requests are routed to the third-party AI model providers you select (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.). These providers will process your inputs and outputs according to their own privacy policies and terms.
  • Service Providers: We may employ other companies and individuals to facilitate our Site and Service ("Service Providers"), including payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services. These Service Providers have access to your personal data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Affiliates and Corporate Partners: We may share your personal data with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.
  • Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, dissolution, or similar transaction, personal data held by us may be among the assets transferred.

Marketing Communications

If you do not wish to receive promotional or marketing communications from us, you can opt out by following the "unsubscribe" instructions included in these messages or by contacting us directly.

Keeping Your Personal Data Accurate and Deletion

You can review and change your personal data by logging into the Site and visiting your account settings. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and personal data, please contact us via our support channels. Once your account is deleted, all associated personal data will be deleted, unless we are required to maintain it for regulatory, compliance, or legal purposes.

Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply in your country of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

We do not "sell" your personal data as that term is defined by applicable laws and regulations.

We implement and maintain physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to protect your data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.

7. Integration of Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our Service is designed to integrate with third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers. When your API requests are routed to these providers, their respective privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party AI model providers you use through our Service.

The Site may also contain links to other websites, applications, and services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by FIM Labs Pte. Ltd.

8. Personal Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to comply with our business and legal obligations. When the personal data we have collected is no longer required by us, we will perform the necessary procedures for destroying, deleting, or converting it into an anonymous form as permitted or required by applicable laws.

9. Eligibility

This Site and Service are offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Site and Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that your parent or guardian has granted you permission to use the Site, or that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use our Site or Service.

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, regardless of where you access the Site or the Service, and notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles.
